1. I’m watching the Feefs with my mom (she’s a foreigner, she loves futbol) and I think the logo and design this time is so cool. I love the fatness of the numbers and word “FIFA” for the hole in the 6.
And they’ve been doing really fun things with colors. Blocks of colors, stripes of colors. It’s vivid and zesty.
Here’s my problem: They have tons of merch and NONE OF IT has the colors and patterns on it. The PACKAGING for the merch does, but not the merch itself. It’s infuriating.
Yay! Fun block coloring! Put it on the swag! No? Okay.
2. So, when they realized that EV cars didn’t make a sound, why did they pick the noise they picked? It sounds like the frikkin’ car is haunted. “Spooky ghosts in the engine harmonizing” would not have been my first thought. I would like to petition all the car makers to consider “generic engine rumbling” as an alternative. It’s like the opening of the Beetlejuice theme song every time one of these cars drives by.
